The challenge
High-stakes finance workflows need clear product scope, resilient data handling, secure device behavior, and an architecture that a growing team can maintain.
My contribution
As a core mobile contributor, I helped shape and deliver the first MVP phase, led a GetX-to-BLoC migration, and worked on QRIS, card issuance, biometric access, networking, and runtime hardening.
The outcome
The first MVP phase shipped in nine months, the BLoC migration established a durable team standard, and shared mobile foundations became easier to evolve and support.
How I approached it
The work balanced product delivery with foundation improvements. I collaborated on requirements and MVP scope while making changes incrementally enough for active product work to continue.
This case only uses verified, public-safe descriptions of my role and responsibilities. It intentionally excludes private interfaces, proprietary implementation detail, and internal customer data.
